Taste of Arcadia Business Showcase Assistant

The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce is looking for an Event Coordinator Assistant to help with the Taste Of Arcadia Event.

Seasonal Staff Start Date of August  1st

Part-time

10-15  hours per week

$13.25 per hour

2 ½ months

 

  • Coordinate, organize and sign up Business Showcase Spaces before and during event.
  • Recruit Volunteers for set up and event
  • Lead / Manage Business Showcase lawns – check in process day of event.
  • Work on the Marketing of the event.
  • Work on social media for the event.
  • Work with Arcadia Chamber office staff to prep for event.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma required
  • Must be over 21 to work event.
