If you recall the 2016 Taste of Arcadia you might remember the fabulous plates provided in each and every bag handed out at the entrance. Once again, Paco’s Mexican Restaurant and City Cafe have teamed up to sponsor the plates for this year’s Taste of Arcadia!
Paco’s Mexican Restaurant has been a staple in the local community for many years, and much of the staff has been a part of the team since the 1980’s. The staff is noted as being VERY loyal! Food is served fresh, with a traditional home-made style, in a festive and fun atmosphere. The legendary staple of the San Gabriel Valley, located on the corner of Second Ave and Foothill Blvd, has recently added vegan fare to their menu!
Pacos’s also hosts local community events and seminars and helps in charitable events, working with local foundations and outreach programs.
The new City Cafe opened in May of 2015, and there you will find a taste of elegance at an affordable price. Their American fare is a contemporary mix of salads, burgers and pizza, but also includes dishes such as soy ginger glazed salmon or a rib eye steak. Like their sister restaurant, Paco’s, City Cafe also helps to support the community through fundraising and charity events.
Both City Cafe and Paco’s will be showcasing their food in a booth at the 2017 Taste of Arcadia. Come by City Cafe to try their steak flatbread and home-made potato chips with onion dip. At Paco’s booth try their famous beef tacos with fresh salsa.
Hope to see you at the Taste! Tickets can be purchased here.
