Guests will be given a commemorative plate for their tastings.
However, we encourage you to bring your own supplies for your tastings to make them represent your brand and venue to your quality standards.
If you need us to provide items, please check the boxes next to supplies required. Please DO NOT check supplies that you DO NOT need.
If you DO NOT check any boxes, you MUST bring these with you; none will be supplied.

Upon confirmation of your commitment to Taste of Arcadia, additional Health Department Paperwork will be mailed to the email provided, so please be sure the contact info is correct and up to date. Please Note, food vendors CANNOT sell food or drink items. All items provided are to be given complementary to guests.

Don’t forget! There will be contests for Food Vendors! Prep your booth and tastings accordingly! More details on contests will be sent to you.

You must be a current member of the Arcadia Chamber to participate in Taste of Arcadia. If you are not a current member of the Arcadia Chamber or your membership is not up to date, you will be contacted by an Arcadia Chamber staff member about membership options.

Please upload a High Resolution file of your LOGO. For example a size of no less than 1000x1000. If you have the original files would be ideal. (jpeg, png, and pdf only)

If you are a current Arcadia Chamber member, you can upload your Public Health Permit and logo at this time. If not, we will request this to be sent to us upon confirmation of your participation in Taste of Arcadia.
